We conducted an in-depth analysis of the silver economy ecosystem in Latin America, identifying the key dynamics that shape its growth. Through strategic consulting, we designed selection and characterization mechanisms that enabled us to rigorously map companies in the sector, evaluate their performance, and project impact scenarios. This information informed more efficient investment decisions and the design of better programs in critical areas such as caregiving and functional dependency. In addition, we developed an indicator of propensity toward humanization, linking it to business performance indices to reveal patterns that were previously invisible and that now open new avenues for strengthening the sector.
