Impacta Group

The think tank that is generating knowledge about the entrepreneurial and impact sectors in Latin America.

Who We Are

We work with public, private, and public-private sector actors to design, evaluate, and improve their policies, projects, and programs. Our work combines applied research, strategic consulting, and data management to generate rigorous and useful knowledge for decision-making.

What Motivates Us

We invite leaders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem to rethink their decision-making processes, helping them identify strategic opportunities. We do this by developing knowledge products that enable them to see clearly, make well-reasoned arguments, and make decisions that strengthen their initiatives, open up new sources of funding, and increase their ability to generate real value within the ecosystem.

Strategic Areas

Strategic Consulting
• We support the design of projects, programs, and public policies.

• We help organizations ask the right questions to structure interventions that generate impact and useful knowledge for future initiatives.

• We bridge the gap between academic knowledge and research and the design of public and private strategies.
Data Infrastructure
• We design tools for data collection, management, and analysis.

• We apply experimental, quasi-experimental, and qualitative methodologies to robustly estimate the causal effects and impact of programs.

• SABI-Metrics: Our data intelligence platform allows us to visualize, manage, and analyze program results automatically and in a meaningful way.
Dissemination of Knowledge Products
• We translate complex data into useful products to help redesign strategies, attract resources, or serve as thought leaders in the conversation about entrepreneurship within ecosystems

• Our products are used by public agencies, multilateral organizations, and academic institutions to strengthen the ecosystem with concrete evidence.
