Pantera Makers – The Way of the Panther

We are designing the impact measurement and data analysis strategy for the “El Camino de la Pantera” program, an initiative by Pantera Makers and IDB Lab to accelerate sustainable bio-businesses in the Colombian Amazon. Over the course of three years, the program will support more than 600 participants, incubate 90 bio-businesses, and accelerate 45 high-potential startups.

At Grupo Impacta, we develop Theories of Change as the strategic core that guides the design and implementation of the program, linking its objectives to the decisions that will improve it cohort after cohort. In this way, we uncover opportunities that might otherwise go unnoticed.
