We partnered with iNNpulsa Colombia to evaluate several of its key programs—Ruta Aldea, Vouchers, CEmprende, Acelera Región, and Empodera—generating robust evidence on their impact on sales and employability. We applied advanced analytical methods such as discontinuous regression and instrumental variables to isolate causal effects, and supported the selection of beneficiaries using our technology platform SABIMetrics, ensuring objective processes designed to maximize public value. This work not only demonstrated results but also uncovered key patterns that now inform strategic decisions regarding the design and scaling of iNNpulsa’s programs.
