We conducted a comprehensive assessment of the entrepreneurial ecosystem among the Venezuelan migrant population, identifying key needs of more than 10,000 entrepreneurs in vulnerable situations. This information made it possible to map relevant stakeholders, identify critical gaps in support, and more precisely guide USAID’s strategic decisions in program design. The results served as direct input for initiatives such as Oportunidades sin Frontera, better aligning institutional offerings with the realities of the migrant ecosystem.
